It would be cool to be able to rename my movies after they have been compressed.

It would also be cool to be able to choose different compression settings per movie when I add them to the queue.

Thanks for the great software!

zacay: subtitles in movies can already be achieved? Whether you use ffmpegX or the other program that is used by people on this list.. sorry, can't remember the name of it!, either way, both programs will let you encode movies with subtitles.

Lets you encode it with subtitles? So you have to put them in yourself? Like Mystery Science Theater 3000, except with subtitles?!?

no, if the original movie has subtitles, you can choose to include them when you encode the movie to AVI via ffmpegX, and then drop that AVI into PSPWare, and the resulting movie will have the subtitles in it.

A volume boost would be nice, movies tend to be a little on the quiet side.

but that wasn't what I said.. I wanted pspware2.x to support subtitles so it could make the movies+subtitles by it self.. It should be a very easy thing to fix... I know its possible..

Great app, but I think that a *really* needed option is the ability of rescaling all the photos to save space (like iPSP), since many users already have 3-4-5-7 megapixels cameras, and storing a 100-photos album made by a 7mpx camera often equals to having 400Mb of space taken on the memory stick.

Thank you

A "Keep" Tab
I didn't discover this problem until I started using PSPWare on two different computers for the same PSP. It would be great to have an additional tab that lists the current items on the PSP itself. Before syncing, the user could select the items to keep. This is useful for users like me who regularly use PSPWare on two separate machines, where the available content on those machines is not identical.

Cesco: In the meantime you can export from your photo application at a lower res into the Photos Dropbox of PSPWare.

An app with great potentials. I paid for it as soon as I tried it, knowing the app will have a great future.

Having said that I have 2 requests.

1. A full blown movie manager. I would like to manage the compressed PSP movie files inside PSPWare. For music, we have iTunes. For photos, we have iPhoto. But we don't really have a movie manager for movies. At this point I have movies, music videos, videocast, and other files in a single massive list in the Movies tab in PSPWare. I don't really wanna copy out the files and manage them elsewhere, since the file names don't really make sense.

2. Ability to take an iTunes playlist, look for movie files in there and encode them into PSP movie file and store internally.

first of all: great software!

1. free aspect ratio (not only 16:9 and 4:3) for conversion (if this is possible with the mp4-codec)
2. more flexible interface when converting movies (e.g. different parameters for each movie in the queue)
3. different processor-usage (especially when converting movies) if window is focused (e.g. 100%) or in the tray (e.g. 25%)
4. folder-tree in 'photos'-tab with checkboxes in front of folder-icons. adding each folder seperately is a bit fiddly sometimes

king regards,
eric.
