I think GTA for PSP next year should Be in Mexico.I mean wouldn't you love to be in the middle of a neighborhood with all the homeboys staring at you waiting to stab you or beat you to death etc.
If any of you peeps have any other ideas of where the next GTA for PSP should be go ahead and post and why that would be a good place for GTA. +

GTA Iraq = Mercenaries, the Godawful Mercenaries.
GTA Canada = A whole country? No.

The streets would be PACKED with people cause no one has got a job.

What other UK cities could be as dirty, and as well known to the rest of the world as London? Off the top of my head all i can think of is (like you said) Liverpool, and then Manchester and Glasgow?

How about Dorset, you could walk for miles and miles and then steal a farmers combine harvestor.
Nottingham, you could have street races with a bunch of 17 year old muppets in their XR3i's and their 13 year old girlfiends in the passenger seat.
Or how about GTA Bournmouth, you have to drive around and run as many old people over as possible. Not that hard seeing as even the shop windows are Bi-focal for the passers by.
