Why does my Memory Card have much less space than listed?
If you bought a 256mb (or 512/1gb) Memory Stick PRO Duo and the capacity is actually less, you didn't get ripped off. The difference has to do with the fact that software considers bytes to be a power of 2, while hardware considers it to be powers of 10. Thus, 1 kilobyte in software is 2 to the 10th power (1024 bytes) while in hardware it is 10 to the 3rd power (1000 bytes). As sizes go up, the discrepancy gets larger. Rest assured that this is not a mistake, it is simply the way all hard drives and memory cards work.
How do you put videos on the PSP?
First you need to convert the video file to a MP4 file. There is a lot of software out there to do this (ie, Image Converter, Rapiz, PSP Video 9 or PSPWare for Mac). Connect your PSP to your computer via the USB cable then go to USB mode in your options tab. Now in the root of your PSP drive create a folder called "MP_ROOT" and in that folder create another folder called "100MNV01". Now just copy all your MP4 videos in to this folder and they will all show up on the PSP video tab.

Yes, PSP games will work on any country's PSP. However, movies will not since they are region coded just like DVDs. Therefore, Japanese UMD movies will not work on a USA PSP.
How do I put save games on my PSP that I download off the internet?
Connect your PSP to your computer via the USB cable then go to USB mode in your options tab. Now in the root of your PSP go into the 'PSP' folder and you will see the 'SAVES' folder. Just drop all your save folders from the ZIP you downloaded in this folder. Note that Japanese saves won't work on North Americaa games and North Americaa saves won't work on Japanese games.
I have windows 95,98 and my PSP doesn't show up. Why?
The problem is that you are missing some drivers. Try looking for some "Mass Storage" drivers here.
What is a Dead (Stuck) Pixel?
A dead pixel is a point of light on the screen of your PSP that shows red, green, blue, black or white. A dead pixel would only show black because well its dead (Not working). A stuck pixel is a pixel that is stuck on one color only (red, green, blue, or white). I keep getting "Connection Error 804XXXXX"
If you have WEP try disabling it. Also if you have a 802.11G router see if its just set to G mode. If it is turn it to B/G mode or just B mode.
Can I surf the net with the PSP?
Yes, simply update to the latest firmware to surf the net with your PSP.
Can I play AdHoc games online.
Yes you can, but you need to use a program such as X-Link Kai.
