Dude, I have given your company more than enough time to process this and deliver the registration key. It looks like other people are having the same problem. If it is not taken care of by the end of the week I'll post to paypal to remove the purchase and ask that your paypal account be frozen. +

Guys.. this is the PSPWare forums. It has been used by the owners of PSPware to communicate with customers for a long time. He's trying to contact that company, who it appears, has disappeared without disabling their paypal account.

Watch it, boys. In 3 months when a representative of Nullriver replies, you'll get a threatening email from "the Man" regarding being ugly in the forums. Or, I should say, I always do whenever I say something less-than-positive about PSPWare and/or Nullriver.
But, my advice to anyone else thinking about giving Nullriver some money: read these forum posts and THEN decide whether or not it would be wise to do so. Something tells me you'll decide to spend your duckets elsewhere.

Don't hold your breath for a Nullriver's reply anytime soon. They started very good, answering the forums, trying to provide support and helping users; however since some time ago they do not reply to any post in "their" forum and they take a lot of time to answer a simple support e-mail in their address: support (at) nullriver.com
Sorry but it is the truth, and it is a pity because this was promising software.

I have had the same problem!
but using my current e-mail address! the support pages say that msn mail may get blocked due to anti-spam, but when i requested the registration code again, they said my e-mail wasn't on file, yet I've had the paypal reciept!!
Am frustrated by this lack of service, fork out the cash and get nothing in return, am particularly dissapointed as nullriver came reccomended.
