Hi,

I bought PSPware 2 days ago. Paid by PayPal. But I did not recieved a Registration Key. I got an eMail from PayPal, the money is payed to Nullriver Software Inc.

So, I have send 2 eMail to Nullriver Support, but nothing happend. I got only an automatic reply.

Yes, I have checked "junk" mail folder. And I have entered my eMail at the "Resend Registration Information" side. My eMail-Adress seems to be known, but I didn't get any key.

What now?

Problem solved!

I got mail from Nullriver with my reg. key.

I paid the shareware fee 4 days ago and I am still waiting for a reg key...
Isn't there a general problem with the registration process of PSPWare?

I have had the same problem!
but using my current e-mail address! the support pages say that msn mail may get blocked due to anti-spam, but when i requested the registration code again, they said my e-mail wasn't on file, yet I've had the paypal reciept!!

Am frustrated by this lack of service, fork out the cash and get nothing in return, am particularly dissapointed as nullriver came reccomended.

I have been waiting for almost a month and have got no word back about my registration key. I have written many emails and still have got nothing no one anwsered my emails and no one has sent me anything i went through every email in my junk expecting to see something but didn't see anything. how do i fix this and get something because by this point i am pissed to have to wait this long for something that i have already paid for.
