MadCatz's official Batman bundle contains a number of officially licensed accessories to trick out your PSP. Among them is a case with raised logo and 4 x Memory Stick holders, 2 screen protectors, a Batman UMD case capable of holding two discs and a batman PSP skin.
In comparison to some other accessories from MadCatz, these are noticeably higher quality. The PSP case is made of a sturdy semi-thick material with a cool looking, raised Batman logo. The photo on this page shows the logo as golden, but our unit is silver, the discrepancy is most likely due to lighting. Inside, the material is soft and lightly padded to provide protection for your PSP. Interestingly, there is room for four Memory Sticks, which might be useful for some but will probably be overkill for most people. A UMD holder would most likely have made the PSP Case too large. Finally, there are two screws to keep your PSP permanently attached. This does add a bit of thickness when playing games, but it isn't a problem. The screwheads are made of a black plastic which fits the look of the case well and does a good job of holding down the PSP.
To hold two UMD's, MadCatz has included a unique Batman branded UMD case with a slightly raised Batman logo on one side and artwork on the other. The case actually looks and feels quite cool with its isometric shape and aluminum cover, but the problem is that the UMD's are held a little too tightly. We had to do a bit of wedging to get the bottom-most disc out. With the sturdy case lock mechanism and very tight holder, your UMD's are incredibly safe, but it's somewhat annoying to have to wrestle to get your UMD's.
The final branded piece of the pack is a dark blue, Batman themed PSP skin. There is a front and back portion of the skin, but the back portion only goes over the UMD door. The front part leaves out the bottom row of buttons, so the skin isn't continuous, although this isn't particularly a problem. Our only real gripe with this skin was the analog stick cutout. In the 2nd pic on the left you'll notice that the analog stick appears below the word 'FIGHT' and actually cuts off a few letters from the word below (Fight Injustice). The problem is that the sticker doesn't actually stay on the analog stick, so you'll end up walking around with a skin that says 'F____T IN_____CE' which is bad design. The rest of the skin looks and feels quite cool, stays on firmly and comes off easily without leaving any residue.
If you're a big Batman fan and are looking to trick out your PSP with an exclusive set of Batman Begins goods, then this is your pack. It isn't a perfect set of accessories but for $20 it is a great deal and a quick way to set your PSP apart from everyone else.
Pull it off? In other words your breaking it off then trying to fix it... lol
Its not worth it... the psp is to pretty to cover it with some sort of skin... maybe cover it with the logitech playgear case.
