This is hardly my favorite Chinese film as of now. If you're looking for a huge epic battle movie, pick up Hero instead. This is a love-story, and a good one at that.
It's gripping... it keeps you tied in many knots as its plot twists and turns. But it's not all fun and games, as the beginning is extremely slow paced... I fell asleep the first time through.
You'll find that the PSP screen helps aid in this film's beauty... the director uses color to express many different moods, and you don't miss a pixel (unless one of yours is dead) with the brilliantly bright PSP screen.
Storyline wise, it was not my favorite, but still was a good movie.
