Everyone needs a variety of different games for PSP. I guarantee you, no matter how many you have, yours won't be complete without this title. I was bored at first, but the multiplayer is just too much fun to pass up.
Graphically, it's amazing. Sharp, clean, smooth images dominate 95% of the time with some iffy little images coming here and there. The gameplay is very fast, and easy to do. It's very basic... drive, shoot, kill. Doesn't get much easier than that.
The one killer is the loading times. If you thought NFS was bad loading-wise, you'll be shocked to find that this one is much worse. I find myself bored to tears waiting for that stupid bar to go one notch up.
If you're a multiplayer person, get this, and make your friends get it to. Storyline wise, it's weak, but otherwise it's a decent title.
