Overall, I am very pleased with this case. It looks great, feels great, protects 100%, and is extremely playable. I got black and it looks tough. Almost like Sony should have made a "sport" PSP like this in the first place.
First off, I will address a couple of criticisms.
Mine did not have the same problem as the other reviewer in regards to the case ripping. Although I did not try to cut it which doesn't really sound like a good idea anyway. It may be a problem with quality control but my case seems fine in that regard.
The material does not attract dust or hair like another poster suggested either. It is a slightly different material than the case I got for my ipod and feels smooth and dry as opposed to some tacky or sticky silicone cases I have felt. The feel is excellent. The fit is nice and this case protects 100% of your PSP while remaining 100% playable. In fact, I find the PSP is more comfortable to play while in the case.
My only gripe is that the screen protector was scratched slightly when I got it and seems to pick up scratches easier than it should. You don't see the scratches during gameplay and to not have to monkey with one of those film screen protectors is well worth the trade-off. Also, the protector simply connects to the case and is removeable.
The UMD cover takes a bit of getting used to. You need to pull it up and then over so that it catches on the little grooves in the silicone. It can also be removed if you feel its not necessary.
If you want to be able to put your PSP in something that looks and feels nice and not have to worry about it at all then this case is for you. I can hand this case to anyone and not have to worry about fingerprints or scratches on the screen or anything. That peace of mind, in my opinion, is worth it.

UPDATE:
I have sent the original softjacket back to PlayAsia.com because of the scratched screen protector I mentioned above. It took over three weeks for them to recieve it even though I sent it Airmail (4-7 days). I have heard generally favorable things about PlayAsia and thier customer support has been curteous and responsive to my emails but three weeks shipping time begs one to wonder where the package has been all this time.
Again, the softjacket is a great concept and generally good case but quality control may be an issue.
I will repost once I hear back from PlayAsia and recieve the new SoftJacket.

Can you post real pics of the black case? I wanna see if it really looks good, because it kinda looks smoky and i don't like that.

Finally, I'm updating this review! And this is why. It took freaking FOREVER to get a replacement from Playasia.
They were courteous as could be but supposedly didn't recieve my return package for over a month after I sent it even though US Air Mail promised to deliver it within a week! Frustrating.
Anyway, after over a month without a case I recieved a new case which has EXACTLY the same problem, a SCRATCHED screen right out of the package. Another reviewer has mentioned the same problem and I really don't understand it at all. How could a company who obviously spent alot of time designing a really nice case, just ship out a crapload of faulty products? It is absolutely absurd because this case would be an easy 10 if not for the ridiculously poor quality control exhibited both by Capdase and Playasia.
A great product if you could buy it in a store and see that it was perfect in the package. Here is something to be said for packagaing, distribution, and quality control. If this company got it right they'd have a great product.
