I'm dissapointed with the headphones. After all - THEY ARE the main reason (except the pouch) for buying the Value Pack instead of a standard pack (if you import the Japan PSP version, like I did - due to compatible UMD region for Europe and lower price than US). The first few minutes were enough to make my judgment - these ARE NOT headphones I'm gonna use with my PSP in the future. OK, the shape is right for keeping them in ears - but that doesn't mean they STICK to your ear hole and you hear the sound better - it's exactly the opposite. The plastic-rubber coating doesn't help either, making them a little "slippery" and after all they "rattle in your ear" instead of sitting firmly. The PSP isn't very loud itself, so hearing the game's sound in noisy places like a bus or train isn't easy - and you can hear all the surroundings, which takes away from your gaming pleasure. The remote is OK - simple and intuitive, covering all our needs for controlling music and even movies. If you have the Value Pack - stick to the remote but change the headphones.

I have sony fontopia's that I got at amazon for $28. These are really comfortable and sound great. I heard the bass in the explosions in wipeout for the fist time with these. I also use them for my micro zen mp3 and it totally makes the zen awesome.

After extended search I just bought Sony MDR-EX81 earbuds - they're on the way. I'll post review when I get them...
