I'm a professional picture framer, and Novus 2 works great for removing fine scratches from most plastics, acrylic, and plexi-- even museum quality picture frame glazing.
However, it does not work well for CDs or your PSP. On some plastics, such as these, it actually creates many fine scratches in the surface, rendering CDs unusable, and etching your PSP with them.
Novus 1 may be good for routine cleaning, but stay away from 2, and especially stay away from 3 for the purposes of handheld game maintenance.
These packages typically contain small samples of common fluids, and they mark them up by a huge margin. In some basement somewhere, someone is pouring (for example) DOT 3 Brake Fluid into little bottles... I don't know off-hand what fluid is used for what. But the info is out there.
