Well to be honest I dont have this exact memory stick. I have the Ultra II. What is the difference is? I have no clue. Except, sandisk claims that these ultra II cards have a faster read/write speed 10/9 I think.
Well I got my card last night. I have no issues. It works great. I'm only sad that I got a little less than the stated 4GB. But, this happens to every memory card.
So far I have most of my music, some of my pictures, and a few short clips of Mr. Bean.
I would totaly recomend getting a 4GB card, and the higher read/write speed means that you will be out, enjoying my music and videos instead of uploading. Plus the prices of these cards are falling rapidly. A standard 4Gb card used to cost $250 (same as a PSP) now one can be had for as little as $90!!! And no these are not from ebay. The ultra II card that I got was for about $140.
