I don't remember having the same problems that other dudes had but I returned it because I found it unnecessary. When I'm playing my psp it it is in my hands. When I'm not playing it I put it in it's travel case which protects the front and the back.
Plus it doesn't cover the back and uses up my two screw holes which I might need for accesories later.
There are obviously 2 versions of this product made. I have the other version which no one reviewed yet. Mine is PERFECT! I had no screw problems, (too short OR too long) and no "loose face gravity" problems. And yes, there ARE cosmetic differences that set them apart! I have a matte finish instead of the mirror finish...so no cleaning finger prints from the case as well. And my umd cases are black, not clear! Maybe you guys who are disappointed should keep your eyes open for this one!
