First off, I think you can order these online only, through the link that is given. At first, I wasn't sure if this would be a good deal, considering it's price, what you pay is what you get.. I was wrong.
It consists of 2 parts, the transmitter and the headphones (the 2 phone are connected with a long thin cable). Both the transmitter and phones operate on 2 AAA1.5V batteries, which kinda dissapoints me, they could have made the transmitter suck the PSP's batteries..

Pros:
• Range! I can wirelessly listen to my PSP from anywhere in my 2-story house.
• Price. Only 12$ for the whole set. And I think these headphones have a greater value..
• FM compatible. When you're tired from your music, you can always tune in and listen to some radio, using the headphones only.
• Transmitter clips on to the PSP making it easier to carry.
• Compatible with other audio devices (ipods, Cd players, mp3's etc..)

Cons:
• Phones are too loose and big. You always have a feeling they'll fall off. Too bulky.
• Not very reliable. While your listening to your music you might pick up radio signals sometimes.
• Takes some time to scan and find your transmitter.
• You need to use batteries.
• Antenna included (you can retract it if you want)

those look pretty cool, but i found some that use bluetooth link so you dont get radio interference. I would definetely buy those for the price though. The main thing i dont like about those is the antenna. Its too bulky to stick in a backpack and listen to tunes.
