Simply put, this program is awesome. I had tried just settling with JpegBook, but last week I finally gave up on that program. I figured it would be a good long while until there was a truly useful eBook creator for the PSP, when out of nowhere BAM, here comes this program.
It may take a couple minutes to get used to the interface, but once you do, it's easy and simple to create an eBook within minutes. I've already created a few eBooks using works I've grabbed off of Project Guttenburg and I look forward to reading them.
The program has a decent amount of options that let you tweak the outcome of the eBook to your liking. Users have the option of viewing the book in portrait or landscape view, selecting a packed-in background image or creating your own, and placing a title on the header bar of the page.
Overall, it's a great program that I definetly recommend grabbing, especially since it's free as well.
Ebook= electronic book. It's the same as your traditional book, only stored on your computer, PSP, PDA, phone, etc., instead of being stored on your bookshelf :D
This is a nice tool for converting .txt files to .jpg to view on the PSP. It converted the Lord of the Rings trilogy of books for me in about three minutes each.
u need a lot of space for ebooks though since each page shows up as a picture, my 800 kb da vinci code came up to 20 something mb... if u have firmware v1.5, just download bookr instead. its a txt and pdf viewer with way more options and no need to convert anything
