I found the case very robust and actually very comfortable to hold when using the PSP, its size adds that little extra needed for those of us with slightly larger hands, and also the way you can quickly prop it up on the desk to watch a movie or even play at your desk is fantastic.
You can even add a customised cover inlay, with hundreds of downloadable templates online....
What a perfect case you say. Well no. A lot of the time I am either lying down in bed or on a sofa playing the PSP, and to do this with the Playgear case is impossible as the PSP falls forward all the time and can land smack on your chin. So I decided to modify the case with some velcro to the case and PSP and I no longer have this problem and in fact the PSP sits inside more securely and you can still pull it out to change UMD's.
