| Summary: Great Screen Protector
90
Pros
Nice semi hard plastic; will not flake or curl at corners
Good clarity (depends on which one you get - read below)
Easy to apply - no residue; easy to reposition
Cons
Matte version distorts clarity
Clear version has a certain degree of glare
Plastic attracts dust during application
I had bought this product twice. The first one I bought came in a matte finish. It was easy to apply - my suggestion is to use a well ventilated room. The matte finish cut down on annoying glare, but did cause a small degree of distortion. You get used to it after a while, but whenever I saw my friend's unprotected screen, it's like night and day.
I had my PSP replaced a year later and I bought another Pelican Screen Protector. This time, I got a clear transparent one. Again, installation was a snap, and there was a noticable difference in clarity - it was that good. However, I had to deal with reflective glare. I don't know about others, but it took me quite some time to get use to the glare. You almost have to position the PSP at the right angle to reduce the glare.
In any case, I recommend everyone to buy a screen protector. The Pelican version is top quality, and it all depends on which version you buy (note: there are no visiable markings on the packaging stating this, so your chances are 50/50).
