Street Fighter, in your hands, what more can you ask for? Street Fighter Alpha 3 is one of the most popular Street Fighter games ever made. The game was a massive hit when it came out in 1998 with tournaments held all over the world. The PSP version is similar to the GBA version in terms of characters. The only extra character which is not in any other Alpha 3 version is Ingrid. Alot of us old school Street Fighters don't really care about the new characters anyway but they are still fun to play.

I imported my copy just for the extra D-Pad addon which fits on top of your PSP D-Pad. Although the analogue is suprisingly good to use the D-Pad makes the game 10 times easier to pull off combos, custom combos, and supers. I have tried nearly all V-Ism custom combos and have yet to fail to do one.

The only problem I am finding at the moment is throwing. My throw is Square + Triangle and for some reason its pretty hard to press those together. Also the PPP and KKK moves are also hard to do as for some reason the buttons are just quite hard to press all together (The White PSP's buttons stick out alot more so you dont have this problem).

Even if you are not a massive 2D fighter fan this is alot of fun to play. If you can't play a 2D fighter for longer than 10 minutes then don't buy this. Other than that its my fave game for PSP and now I can re-buy Darkstalkers so I can use the new d-pad addon with that game!
