I actually have the one thats made by Pelican, but there eaxactly the same so who cares?
It's blue but they were also available in white and green (ewww). I got home and unwrapped it, had a little trouble slipping it on, but in the end it fit like a glove, almost. The silicone is a few millimetres thick, and makes it feel preetty solid. It doesnt fit in my pocket as easily anymore , but it really helps me keep a grip.
It has uncovered access to all the "gaming" buttons (d-pad, analog, etc) but it does cover the start button and stuff, but there are labels on the bottom for all you nimrods who cant remember where the buttons are. The WLAN switch and the power switch are uncoverd and easy to get to, and the lights show bright and clear through the silicone.
There are holes for the speakerson the front, so it sounds completlty normal. They didn't put enough room around the analog nub for my liking, as it just touches when the nub is at full extension?. I got an iPod cover similar to this and every bit of hair and dust stuck to it, but not on this one.
There is no opening for the memory stick access, but I never open mine anyways so I dont care. The Pelican cover also came with little blue rubber covers for the USB slot, head phone jack and the charge socket, which I really liked. It also came with a tiny wrist strap that I doubt a kid over 9 could fit his hand into, with a bizarre sponge-like cleaning device attached to the strap.
So, all in all, I love this cover. I tried playing with it off, it just felt weird. Now those nasty fingerprints arent bugging me anymore.
