Although it does not pump out uber bass (see: Logitech 2.1 subwoofers), the system itself still has moderate sound quality considering the size of the speaker units. I trust the sound quality on this is better than the playgear amp, but don't take my word for it.
After reading tons of reviews, the Logic 3 outperformed the PG Amp in the sound catagory through every source, which ultimately decided which side I should lean towards.
The Logic 3 does however have noise distortion when you adjust the PSP to half/less than half volume level, and turn the volume up via the main unit.
It also serves as a docking cradle in which you can recharge your PSP from, all through one plug. The 3D sound effect spreads your sound across a room, but reduces bass at lower levels at the same time. It's a great extra feature that has been added in an already exceptional speaker system for the PSP.
Pros
Charge while listening, great bass, subwoofer is a plus, matches well with the PSP console, great attention to detail.
Cons
No remote. I kind of wish there was more of a "thump" coming from the subwoofer at times, but hey, it's a portable.
No, I meant huh because the review is about a completly differnt accessory. He's talking about the logic three speaker set while the picture and title is for a battery life extender.
