Come on! I have this game and it is my favorite game for PSP!! You are a lousy reviewer, ZzyzxNomad. This is not an Xbox, it is a portable yet stylish system that does have its graphics limitations, but for the size, is very good. I think the game is superior to other games I have.

I'm sorry to say, but this review for this game is inadequate. It isn't in depth and simply a message saying "this game sucks". Go more into detail and to say why this game is bad or okay instead of saying "oh yeah...the graphics are ok and the controls suck".

I liked it too. I played the game for 6 hours before I started writing up my review for it. From the sounds of this review, they just poked around for 20 minutes. Here's a news flash, if you're going to write a review on a game, try having played it for at least 3 or 4 hours before you put ink to paper. I agree though, the controls can be a bit wonky. Thing is, you keep forgetting that the PSP has only one thumbstick and you'll just have to deal with it. Once you get the controls down, it's cake. I know I don't have to think about which button to press to do something in BF2 because I've actually been playing the game, unlike the reviewer here. So the next time an FPS game comes out for the PSP, ZzyzxNomad should just stay away from it. Every FPS on the PSP is going to have that or a similar control scheme, so suck it up and deal with it.

for real this is one of the greatest games ever, as soon as i picked it up i knew the controlls didnt even have to look, controlls are fine with me, as music, i cant get tired of classic star wars music, still great, always great, graphics i agree they could of done better but yet, they are still really good, load times, didnt even notice they was there actually

I noticed the load times. But I had to balance that againt the size of the content, so they weren't too much of a problem for me. The one mitigating fact of the loading screens were the little tips the stick in them. Those can really help out if you use them.

I love the ground battles but those space battles get HIGHLY monotonous. I mean, it's the same thing...over and over and over. I wish more ships would come after me when I'm attacking the cruiser.

I just compared the PSP and PC versions of this game, and I'd say the sound is identical, the maps are really good renditions, but jungles end up a bit sparse. I HATE trying to play shooters on consoles, but surprisingly, this game was really easy to pick up quickly, even doing all available special moves within a day.
It is a bit thin on game modes and map selection though, so it's like a sampler. Fair enough for a pocket version of a game that's 3+GB on PC!
I have to disagree... I've been indifferent to most Star Wars games, even Jedi Knight, but there's just so much fun in this one I forget about the rough spots while I'm playing!

I like playing this game. I got no complain about the graphics, the only problem is that its sometimes freeze on me, then I have to play the same challenges all over again.
