NOTE: This a review of the Japense version Megaman Irregular Hunter
Megaman Maverick Hunter X is a remake of Megaman X a 1993 SNES
game. This is old school platforming at it's best. New revamped graphics, hard mode, and a whole new Vile mode.
The new graphics are fantastic, they show the power of the PSP. The most noticeable graphics upgrade is the backgrounds, they look as if you were in a living breathing world. The controls are familier to anyone who has play MMX 4,5,6,7,8.
Vile mode is the new Zero mode. Vile plays completly different then X. He has at least 30 weapons and instead of having a weapon meter he has another energy meter that refuels automatically.
All in all this is a great game, you will be popping this in for the next 5 months I promise. Highly recommended.

i am a long time mega man x fan, and i must say, this game looks incredible! i am buying this on the day it lands in stores.

Aww man! I thought it couldn't get any better! Hard mode? Vile with 30 weapons and a rechargeable weapon bar?? AWESOME!!!

i really hope they decide to also release x2 and x3. that would be incredible.
