Unfortunately I still only have the 32MB Memory Stick, so I haven't been able to do much. But with what I have been able to convert, no program has made it easier then PSP Video 9.

With Rapiz, the language issue becomes difficult at times. Although I can change it to English, NOT everything is translated properly or successfully. Also, when I tried to convert at the highest quality (1500kbps), it wouldn't play back on the PSP.

I then decided to switch to 3GP, very simple program, but so simple that I feel I'm jumping too many windows to get the job done.

So that lead me to PSP Video 9. Developed by a student at Carleton University, I'm pretty impressed. He is also the creator of Videora, a video casting program, but from what I hear, completely compatible with the PSP for PSP Casting, so that's a bonus.

The program allows you to easily select your file (avi, mpg, m2v, etc) and select the quality, and with one click it will convert your file. Without having to jump to your Windows explorer, you can even copy and transfer files.

With the simple set up screen, you can easily direct your conversions to a folder easily accessible if you want to use Windows to transfer videos to and from the PSP.

I only found 1 fault in this program that made me give a slight lower mark then 100. I got confused when starting the conversion because the Quality level I selected kept defaulting back to a lower quality when started. This got me thinking that the conversion was completing at a lower quality. I couldn't be sure this wasn't happening until I tried rendering at different sizes. But after running that test, it seems it converts at the selected quality correctly.

Well, it's a simple program. It converts EVERY type video file I've had so far, and all successfully without any hitches. I totally recoommend this product.

Is all of your video/audio in sync? If so, what settings do you use?

I've tried every setting in the Widescreen modes. (368 x 208, something like that, don't have it here) and every time it has been perfect. I was even able to compress my old m2v music video files. WOOHOO. :D

Hey Some movies are having aud/vid synch problems, I tried doing the incredibles and it didn't work audio was 2 min behind. so I did Bourne supremacy at 14 FPS and it transferred into a nice and neat 392 MB Video I converted it at my settings of, 368x208 480 KBPS @14 FPS with audio at 32kbps stero. So I got the whole movie minus credits at 392MB, any ideas how to make it smaller, while keeping still fairly good video?
Thx Hardcorps
