Another screen protector. I thought the same thing, but after getting one of these for my phone I decided to invest in the PSP version. It is WELL worth it. Aside from the fact that this thing is nearly indestructable, it was alot easier to apply than other screen protectors using the water and soap method on their site. It took a couple of tries to get it perfect andsmooth out all the bubbles, but once on it's perfect.

I am also very happy with the fact that this has a lifetime warranty, meaning they will replace it no matter what, no questions asked, so it's the VERY last screen protector you will ever need. Out of all the screen protection solutions out there I give this a 100! I even did the key scratch test and the protector is unmarked and my PSP is 100% safe. What are you waiting for?? Go get one if you are at all concerned about protecting you PSP. No I don't work for this company, and yes I was very skeptical until I got it and tried it.

They also have a screen only version, but I figured the whole PSP protection was the better way to go for me.

I installed mine 3 days ago and I found that it caused some problems with my Anolog stick getting hung up on it. I used a small peice of paper to prop up my nub slightly and all is well now. I really like it and it works very well. Also I would like to mention that mine covers a lot more area across the screen than just the edges of the screen. It covers well above and below the screen unlike all the other screen protecters I have had. I would also highly recommend this to anyone with a PSP. you will no longer have to worrie about your screen. I use this along with the Logitec hard plastic case and I feel my PSP will remain scratch free.

Well just installed mine, or attempted to at least. It looks horrible right now even after the bubbles are out and everything.

It looks like I might be heading out to get a new Hori in the morning. The Hori was a million times easier to apply than this stick fest.

I guess I'll wait for my final judgement in the morning after it's had time to set up, but I'm very disappointed in it so far.

Make sure you follow the directions on the website. It's very different to apply than any other screen protector. Once you follow those directions it's a piece of cake to put on. The soap is the catalyst to get it to go on. link This is extremely critical as it will make the difference between it being like every other pain in the butt screen protector and the unique product that it really is. I never had any problems with the controller nub (after adjusting the protector to just the right spot). Anyway.. hope that helps.

i can't see going through all this trouble . just get a hori screen protector and forget about the rest . and the soap and water thing is absolutely foolish

Someone said it leaves a residue but cleans off easily. I just applied mine and it was a pain to get on perfectly. I wouldn't say it was more difficult than other screen protectors though. I'm a bit worried the edges will eventually start to lift off but so far so good. I can't tell it was applied at all.

This screen protector material is akin to car tinting material. It's supposed to be permanent.

You obviously didn't follow the directions. It's removable over and over and if you did it right, you can continue to use the same protector (I defy anyone to be able to rip, tear, or puncture it - you can't! I tried! Oh and if anyone can, they replace it for free, forever). No a little soap and water is not "foolish". Try not to judge something if you don't have any clue what you are talking about. The hori screen protector (and all others) are crap compared to this. By following the directions provided on their website, it went on so much easier than other screen protectors and unlike others, the edges don't peel up even a little. I have tried every other screen protector on the market and I wasted my money. I wish I had found this one sooner.
I know you guys don't want to believe it, but this really is different. I bought one for my phone, my psp, and my wife's phone. Next is my laptop. Even my watch!

I think someone should record themselfs putting this protector on, so everyone knows just how the heck this things works with the soap and all.

and also, is the screen-only protector easier to install rather then the whole protector??

yeah panther he was saying it was foolish because soap and water on a psp is FOOLISH so post a vid showing how you do it and maybe we will think its not so foolish.

I followed the instructions to a T for this protector, but there were still tons of air bubbles after I laid it on. The squeegee they included didn't help get rid of them, and when I removed the screen part, there were a bunch of fine scratches. It seems that a lot of people have had no problems with theirs, but for me it was nothing but a mess.
