This game is all the things people want to do but in a game so you don't have to. GTA:LCS stars Toni Cipriani and he is back in Liberty City after laying low for awhile (I still think that this game should star Tommy Vercetti after conquering Vice city) and he is working hard. He doesn't even take a break after laying low for a few years as he gets right back to working his way up the ladder of Leone.

Gameplay
This game is just like the console version of Liberty City but handheld which is even better. And finally for the first time in Liberty City there are voice overs. This game is filled with excitement has interesting characters like JD who is the owner of a strip club and other characters like Salvatore who gives you most of the Missions in the game.

Graphics
The graphics in this game are amazing for a handheld, it looks just like Vice City. The characters are designed so well, like the main character Tony, but sadly the citizens of Liberty City are not that well designed.

Load Times
This game doesn't need to load that much except from the start, on missions and ,moving in and out of buildings just like other GTA games. However, at some parts the game just stops and freezes and your PSP starts over again. It happened to me 3 times and I've only had it for a few days.

Sound
The sound in this game is way better than GTA Liberty City because like I said it has voice overs, and other effects like shooting and driving are better as well.

Difficulty
This game is very difficult at some points and some of the missions aren't balanced. Near the beginning of the game you get a few particularly difficult missions given the early level of experience.

Replay Value
If I was going to beat the game I would take a break for a few weeks and start all over because it's fun. It's hard to get 100% complete, but this game is pretty fun even when you have finished everything else.

Overall
I like GTA:LCS very much because it is very long and hard to complete. I do sometimes get frustrated when I can't complete a mission, but if you don't use cheats like me then you will find this game very challenging. I would obvoiusly recommend this game to anybody thats over the age of 17 because even though it's fun, it's rated M.

i think the only thing that could make this game better was character customizing and more guns and cars
