After being a regular iPod user, I suppose I am used to high quality headphones, but these are terrible. They have a horrible cheap feeling about them and the sound quality is very poor. It seems strange that Sony would spend so much time developing such a great machine as the PSP and then include these terrible headphones with them. They make listening to music on the PSP painful instead of enjoyable.
The remote is not much better either. It's concept is good, as no-one wants to be fumbling around in their pockets or bag just to change a track, but apart from that this remote is seriously lacking. It feels VERY cheap, very nasty and 'plasticky', and the buttons are horrible to press. Why they didn't spend a little bit more time to create these and use some better quality plastic is beyond me!
The only thing I do like is the colour, as this provides a nice contrast against the machine, but apart from that...
My advice to you is go grab yourself some Apple iPod headphones instead and enjoy music on your PSP properly!
