The game has so much potential but hell it's tough, to the point of blind frustration. For each mission, you get rankings of A, B, C, etc depending on how well you do. How do you improve your score? I have no idea. The manual doesn't tell you.
As you complete each mission, others become available. They vary from ridiculously easy to ridiculously hard. There's one level I'm stuck on which like some others is split into three parts. First you have to tail some cars for about 2 minutes, then fight it out, chase them some more, get on a boat and chase some more. Sounds great, but when you keep getting killed right at the end, to start the mission again is REALLY tedious.
I heard somewhere that a newer version was been brought out because the original was too tough. Maybe I got the early version? Also the cars handle really strangely. The AI cars hug the bends as if they're on rails where as the only way you can go around 90 degree turns is to slam into the sides!
Dissappointing.

The N. American release in the spring is supposed to have a tweaked difficulty, according to the developers. They're planning on bringing up the difficulty of the "ridiculously easy" missions and ease up on the "ridiculously hard" ones

I heard (rumor mill) that the game is being reworked for it's North American release.

Why does someone ask why Europe gets it first every time a story is posted? It's a European game. Unless a game is simultaneously released worldwide, it comes out in its region of origin first.

Well it depends some games are hard in a good way like ninja gaiden some are just cheap with the one hit kill bosses and things that kill you outta nowwhere.

This game is soooo hard I'm like 20% thorugh and can't get past it.. while I've finished GTA, Dynasty Worriors and LOTR Tatics.. this game is crazy... next game ill be getting is somthing more easy or with difficulty settings.. jeeze.. love it tho, good graphics and its not hard to control it's just dodging bullets and learning how to use your health and triangle button to pass.. great game, just very difficult!
