Lumines is a big rip-off of Tetris.
That being said, Lumines is ok. It was really awesome for the first 10 minutes. Then it dulled down. The music became a little repetative and annoying after a while. I though this would be a good "pick-up and play in the grocery line" type of game. It wasn't quite like that.
The load times aren't the greatest. They also could have tried something new with the graphics. 2D just doesn't cut it. They could have also thrown in some Bust-A-Move type stuff in there too. Well, still a good game. I would recommend renting it, not owning it. Tetris is still a better choice.
