My PSP wouldn't even read disks anymore and I was about to send it to Sony to fix but then I got this. After using it my PSP is now able to read UMDs. It also will probably speed up the reading time if it is dusty or dirty.
P.S. If your PSP cant read UMDs either use it a few times for 5 secs each time you put it in.
