| Summary: There are way better products out there.
The pictures make it look so great, but this thing is junk.
The PSP is held onto the leather case, (if you can even call it a case) via this translucent plastic frame. The leather flaps attach to this frame and provide the front and back of the case. There are four pins in total on the frame that attach to the PSP. Two on the screw holes up top and two on the holes along the metallic strip that the serial number of the console is on. While the PSP fits snuggly into the frame and there is no movement/play, the frame is quite imprecise as the PSP "floats" over the frame. You can see a huge gap between the UMD access of the PSP and the UMD access of the case. The plastic frame could definately have had a lower profile so that it actually matched the height/thickness of the PSP.
The fit and finish of the rest of the case is terrible as well. While the outside is leather (pleather), the inside is nylon. Really cheap, scratchy, shiney nylon. The strap that clasps to the back of the case and the piece that connectes the two faces of the case are too long, so the front of the case slides and moves- a lot. I wouldn't recommend using this case without a screen protector. The perimetre of the case face is also too large for the PSP. The profile of the Capdase Luxury case is small and slimmer. This leather case makes the PSP a bulky and chunky piece of kit.
I'm really disappointed in this case. It feels cheap. It has a sloppy fit and the worse thing of all, it makes the PSP big and chunky. Although this thing was only $20 plus duties, save your money. You can make this case yourself with the cover of an old three-ring binder and some double sided tape.
