Summary: Stick with Burnout for a while
Previewed by Noodles
Decided I needed a racing game with good multiplayer, good for short playing sessions and it had to be nothing like the atrocious F1. So I took home Ridge Racer, Need for Speed 5-1-0 and Burnout Legends.

Ridge Racer was the first to get popped in, and whilst true to the arcade, and the original, adds nothing to the party, whilst suffering the usual PSP negatives of control and accuracy. Next in the Slot, Burnout Legends. Wow, it's Burnout 3 on the PSP. Crashes, smashes and BOOooosst! Seemed easier to control after Ridge Racer, bored with racing, crash things, bored with crashing, wipe them out.

Final contender in the slot, Need for speed. Now, it's much quicker than RR, and arguably prettier than BOL, but it's a bit of a let down. The pursuit modes are hard to shake off, and whilst upgrading the cars is fun, it pales in comparison with the whole new cards that burnout was dishing out.

In short if you need a racing game get Burnout, if you've completed Burnout, then trade it in for this.
