If you love Need for Speed Underground 2 for the PS2 you will love this spinoff. Although you cannot drive through the city at will, the races are action packed and so are the cars. The only problems I found was that the loading times seemed to be really long. If you want to change to another part of your garage, it can take 15 seconds, which I found quite annoying. But in the end, for good street racing action on your PSP, Need for Speed Underground Rivals is the game to get.
