I haven't played a MGS game since the first one for playstation but when I got my psp and found out there was a MGS game I thought geez another. But i was quite mistaken in thinking that, this game is totally different from the other MGS games (tho there fun also). The game is a card based strategy game sorta like FF tactics with cards I know it doesn't sound like it would fit MGS well but to my surprise it did quite well.

The game is a mixture of stealth and fighting which is done actually well considering your using cards. The graphics on this game are AMAZING totally blows out my other psp games. The textures are very crisp and the character animations are quite nice also. The effects are done very nice also especially the explosions. The character art during cut scenes is also done very nice tho it would be better if there was voices but thats not a big problem. The sound in this game is also done very well especially the music. When you become spotted the music makes the game seem less like a strategy game and more action because it fits the scene so well. The sound effects are also done very well I haven't seen one gun shot out of sync yet.

The one thing I found bad about this game is the AI sometimes you'll be in a fight with an enemy and he will just walk away then come back I don't know why but it seems strange. The AI also must be hard of hearing because ive blown off a few claymore mines in a room next to them but they don't seem to come running. But besides that its still very challenging. Overall this game gets a 90 just because its actually hard and fun (haven't seen this combo in awhile)
