I have been waiting for this game for quite some time, as all of us had been. And when I finally got it I was sooo excited. The intro song is great, I love it. First of all I dont know how anyone can put 95 or 90, I mean come ON, no game for PSP comes even CLOSE to this game.
Okay, a lot of people are complaining about the targeting with the guns. I haven't really had any problems at all, nothing you wouldn't see on a normal GTA. The ONLY flaw in the game is the driving is just a little too sensitive, but nothing worth taking a single point off.
This is why the game is so famous and loved. The gameplay is just outstanding. I've got like 6 hours on the game now and only like 16%. It is basically a GTA game on PSP. They don't leave out anything. They have the main story, side missions, and good old taxi, vigilante, and ambulence. You still need the 100 hidden packages, unique jumps and rampages. I can't believe they fit all of this on a UMD. It is amazing.
Back when GTA III came out, I played it for like 6 months straight, and same with VC and SA. These games just have soooo much to do and complete, I never get bored of this game. I'm going to be playing this game till Vice City Stories comes out. This is now my favorate PSP game.
I have no problem with doing missions over again, or if I forget to save and my PSP gets reseted, NO PROBLEM, these missions are just so much fun to play I dont mind repeating them at all. It just still has that classic GTA feeling which I am so impressed by.
Once again I don't know how someone can give Lumines a 100 and GTA a 95, but thats just my opinion. I look for games with a whole lot to complete, great story, and a lot of fun and this is what this game is. All these other PSP games are somewhat short, but GTA:LCS is gonna be in my PSP for a LONG TIME.

As another poster once stated, "I can never believe a perfect score", and I agree. Nevertheless, good to see you liked it, but I have a feeling that the person who gave Lumines a 100 and GTA a 95 is wondering how you can give GTA a 100 and Lumines a 25.

This game is very good.I mean its SICK!!! I cant believe they came out with a game like this for psp!!! im really happy. Ill get it on my birthday and play it. One of the best features of this game is that you can make your guy run around the place adn see other guys with gta run around also in the same city that you are in. That is a sick improvement for gta. instead of 2 people playing like in gta sa its can now be 6 people playing which is pretty awesome. you can run around the map in your version and se your friends occasionally adn id you want, you can have a little brawl between you too...or maybe you can play a game of hide, seek, and shoot till dead in liberty city. This game is wicked adn I cant wait to get it.

Well, if you can brush off someone else's opinion, i'll have no problem here.
Again, i refuse to believe in a perfect score, especially when enough people have said as much as they love it, there IS room for improvement.
I did laugh heartily at "it is basically a GTA game on PSP"
Go figure!
Personally, i'd love to see some not quite so positive reviews given precedence, or at least some impartiality used.

at this point, everything is typical gta on PSP. its gtaIII with new missions and motorcycles. while i'm not close to finishing the game, at this point i would give it closer to a 88 without just considering the awe factor. the awe factor seems to sway everyones ratings of this game to perfect or close to perfect.
its kind of like the first time you hold a PSP, this is just the first time we've held gta in the palm of our hands. as a program on PSP it might be perfect in a sense, but as a game, we've all played better, even better gtas. i think its hard for people to rate this as just a game and not a game on PSP. probably the best game on PSP, and 3rd best gta game.
i dont know, we'll see how i feel after i finish it. i will try to give an unbiast review when that day comes. for now, i'm playing casually and trying to enjoy the game instead of blasting through it in a few nights.
