Bought this over the Hori, very pleased with it. Bought the crystal clear one, might have to pick up the anti glare one soon too. I don't know how Hori's is but I wanted a screen protector that covered the entire face. I highly recommend these.
If you want to apply it straight on, start at the bottom, make sure the screen protector is aligned at the bottom edge of the screen, and look at the speakers on left and right and see if the space around each speaker is equal. Should be a great fit.
