Having already owned the first version of FIFA for the PSP and also a copy of 05 version for the Xbox, I found the first FIFA to be kind of OK.

It's a fun football game but not anything like the real big boy console version, the glitches and load times were a real let down and the game controls limiting. I ended up selling the FIFA game and thinking I would wait for Pro-Evolution to arrive on the PSP, but I read a few reviews on here and thought, Go on buy it, see if it is better and like the FIFA you know and love. So I did and I can tell you this is a classic example of how a developer has learnt from its original version to re-create a classic.

It has been smoothed out and really is classy and polished to play and view. There are none of the pauses as the ball is kicked out of play, none of the annoying loading times and the graphics have been improved. Pretty much everything is similar yet totally improved to create a perfect football game that lets you really develop your team, and also the added Multiplayer functions will prove a plus.

The only funny thing that they have retained is the occasional slow or late comententary.

Basically go out and buy it regardless if you're into Football (Soccer for the US) or not. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
