| Summary: So yea, just got the case in the mail, the reason
95
The case looks pretty generic from the outside (that's good, not too noticeable, and on giant PSP logo to catch attention), good materials and good design. As for the quality of the product itself, a few minor flaws around the shiny part. The exterior seems to be some kind of rubber coating and around the shiny part the coating was 100% perfect, I'd say 99%, but can't really notice unless you look up close. On the inside, there's ample room for storage of two UMDs or a bunch of MS Duo (I have a case that came with the Duo).
The compartments are messed material, like pockets. There's a divider separating the PSP storage and UMD/Headphones storage, like I said, good design. I use the headphones that came with the PSP and there's more than enough room to put the headphones and remote in the pocket. Also, there an elastic band in the PSP compartment to secure the PSP. The thing is, it's wide and it's in the middle, meaning you can't see the screen when the PSP is secured. I dont really use it because with the zippers closed, it's pretty secure. I mentioned before that it has a divider, from observations, the PSP cant really move when the case is zipped up and the divider doesnt seem to be made of any abrasive material so it shouldnt make any scratch on the screen.
Overall, this is a great case, and it was only $15. It can hold the headphones and UMDs/MS Duos. Doesn't attract unwanted attention.

So, but what does the patented "PVC-somethingoranother" do? What's it for?

the patented "PVC-somethinoranother" is basically a rubber-like coating. havent tested it, but i think the case is water-resistant (not saying it's water-proof, there's a difference), like if you spill liquid (small amount and not like dropping it into a pool) the water will roll right off. also, forgot to mention, the zipper tracks (the part that comes together when you pull the other part across it, sorry, not too good with actual names) is not exposed, due to the way the zipper is designed. i guess this adds to the water-resistance feature, cuz the zipper is where liquid can get in, or at least moisture, like you know, your backpacks, when the outside gets wet from the rain.

dude---I bought one of these and it was delivered 2 days ago. First off the case is sturdy as hell. Definately a beast of a case and I definately trust my PSP in this case. According to their website the zippers are water resistant, and there seems to be some matt type of coating (when you close the zipper you don't see the teeth). I like this case ALOT. They got one laptop that looks funky as hell. I like that this gear looks different then everything else I see out there. I'd give this case a very solid 2 thumbs up (a 99 product rating). z I get what you're saying about the elastic inner strap, but I don't see it as a problem (I like the elastic cause I know the PSP is very secure in the case. I wish they had more then 2 disc pocket inside, but that's mino) slappa my happy

The logitec play gear pocket is a LOT better. My friend got this and he finds it very annoying. You cant play the PSP while its in there so you have to take it out and put the case some where. This can be hard if your on the train or bus where its crowded. The PGP can be used while playinhg the PSP get that its better!
