As it is a freebie you wouldn't expect Sony to put much effort into it and they haven't. Its basically a glorified sock that you put your PSP in. It won't protect the PSP from anything, but it keeps it warm at least. If you wanna protect your PSP then you'll have to get better than this.

i heard from the lady at eb games that this case breaks your shoulder buttons or somthing? so just in case i streatched mine out a bit doesnt seem like it would harm it
