TM:HO is absolutely perfect for new PSP users. It's not too short that you don't get that much out of it, and it's not too long that you get bored of it easily. With the wide car selection, its totally replayable. Looks great, sounds great, the works.
Any veteran of Twisted Metal with be satisfied. It also goes online and ad hoc but if your just picking it up, dont look forward to the multiplayer because the game has pretty much died online. There's plenty to look forward to in the single player though, so give it a rent unless its really cheap to buy.
