Like what everyone else says, the first thing I thought was, wow it's big. Still I really liked the case overall. Here is a list of what I thought was good and bad:
The pros
• Very sturdy and unlikely to break if dropped at a reasonable height
• Can flip the visor into a sitting position perfect for watching movies or using as a docking station
• Can put inlays in the cover or back to customize your case
• Has an overall good look to it
The cons
• A pretty big case compared to others
• The PSP is not hooked into the case, it just lays or sits in the case and will fall out if you are not carefull
• The rubber on the inside seems to attract dust like the PSP too, so gets dirty very easily
