I bet you know what that second P in PSP stands for. Yeah, it stands for "Portable." But sometimes people would like to be able to take advantage of the PSP’s audio and video functions while they're not on the move. So do I. That's why I looked for something that lets me dock my PSP, that includes speakers, chargers, and, of course, color coordination.
I have been using this for 3 weeks when I have some free time on weekends. Overall, its sound quality is pretty good, at low volume. However when I set its volume up to 50%, it gives me a lots of noise, which is incredibly annoying. I guess this device is kinda utterly useless. I might sell it on eBay soon, probably. What practical purpose does this thing hold? There is no purpose besides wasting money on something other than a game for your PSP. If you want speakers or high quality sound either then plug your PSP into a surround sound system or buy surround sound earphones.
The worst thing is, that you can't even play with this device, since it docks your PSP so tight. It is too big and heavy as well, but it is good looking though. I did not have a chance to use the Logitech speakers, but I think neither Logitech nor my iSound is useful. All of them are the same. If you don't play that many game, and enjoy watching UMD videos, I recommend you get one, only if you can buy it at a cheap price.
sorry but logitech is not the same. If u have used it you would know that you can play with it plugged in. it comes with two different size chords so you can listen to big sound while playing games. It can be on th go or plugged in. They are NOT the same.
I have used both these iSound speakers and the Logitechs. My experience is that the Logitechs are infinitely better. The iSounds had terrible background hum/buzz, even at low volumes, making films unwatchable. Sound quality was poor. The Logitechs are just better quality allround, great carry case, good sound quality and definitely usable with films, music and games. The only disadvantage is that you cannot charge the PSP while using the dock but I wouldn't sacrifice the sound quality for this.
The last post was the best, most usable for me. This particular reviewer just complained about the product more than telling me the actual good vs. bad... maybe they should send me free stuff for a fair review...
