Summary: Great storage for UMD's, useless for Memory Sticks

Noreve's UMD and Memory Stick Keeper is a well-built case for 8 UMD's and 4 Memory Sticks. Constructed of a high quality, the case is both stylish and highly functional. We've been hoping someone would come out with such a small case with capacity for a decent number of UMD's, and Noreve have done just that.

As you might expect, being able to hold 8 UMD's will require a case to be fairly large. And while it isn't any larger than it needs to be, it is thick. The UMD holders are in an accordian-like design, fanning out when you open the case, and closing comfortably and tight when zipped up. There is space inside for 8 UMD's which go in and out easily, as well as 4 Memory Sticks, 2 on each side.

These Memory Stick holders are the only somewhat dissapointing parts of the case. When full, things are quite tight, so to access your Memory Sticks, you will need to take out a UMD and then wedge a stick in. Taking one out is much harder, to the point of making the holders utterly useless. You're better off just tossing them in next to the UMD rather than the holder.

Overall, the case is very well built and functional. If they could knock a few dollars off the price tag by taking out the useless Memory Stick holders, this'd be an even better product. That said, it is still recommended for those of you who want a singular UMD storage case. Great for those extended trips when you need to take a lot of discs with you.

Nice review. Eventhough Noreve make great cases, this item just do it "all" to warrant a purchase. Currently, the Armor Bag kind of holds the jack of all trades title and it thin also. That case hold UMDs, MS duos and headphones. Plus, for 5 bucks it has been one of my cheaper PSP purchases.

I have but one question. I like to hook my UMD cases to a belt loop. Does this have a place to attach any kind of clip? Otherwise it looks a lot better than the one I got two days ago.

Well, the zipper has a little loop that has a small leather strip attached, you could hookup a clip to that, but it's not a very big hole.
