Well lucky I had a silver polishing cloth nearby so I figured I'd use it rather then a paper towel. It removed every sCratch I had on the screen, deep or small. I've had my PSP for 2 months now and it has had a few bad scratches (didn't buy a case till last week) and this little tube of goo solved all my problems.
Use is simple -- dab a glob in each of the for corners, use a polishing cloth or soft cloth, something of that sort, rub in circular motions for about 90 seconds, rub hard if for deeper scratches. Then, dip the cloth in water and clean off the screen, dry with another area of the cloth and you're all done.
It worked wonders for me hopefully it can for you too, good luck.
This stuff is horrible, i had it for my jp psp b4 i got my us one, dont use it, it takes away the larger scratches but leaves 1000s of micro scratches that you can see in bright light, yes i used an extremely soft cloth, even softer than the one that came with the psp and ys it was perfectly clean and it still did it, you can feel it, put some on your fingers and its like it has sand in it. For anything else i would recomend this bu for the psp its not worth it because the plastic on the psp faceplate is so ridiculously scratchable this just makes micro scratches.
