| Summary: Complete protection for your UMDs
95
This one won't take long to write because these UMD cases just flat out work. I had bought a 5 pack of the UMD cases that only cover the bottom of the UMD and I quickly learned the hard way that those style of cases don't properly protect your investment.
These Hori cases are solid plastic on BOTH the top and bottom and only leave enough of the UMD exposed on the back side to make getting the UMDs out easy enough to do in a quick second.
Unfortunately for me, my copy of Wipeout Pure was damaged with the style of case that only protects the bottom of the UMD. If you have your games with the previously mentioned cases on them, you run the risk of something knocking that clear portion of the UMD loose from its housing. Now everytime I play Wipeout Pure, I have to make sure and pop that clear plastic portion of the UMD disk back into place everytime, or else the game makes a terrible scratching noise.
So do yourself a favor and buy a UMD case that FULLY protects your UMDs both top and bottom.

If you got the "Limited Edition" of Death Jr., the you get 2 of these in that package.

I got the Death Jr ones. They are very nice. I will by more should I ever need to take more than 2 UMDs with me at a time.
My Metal Gear Acid's clear plastic window started to do that too before I got these. I just popped it back, used some super glue around the edge, (very little just to hold it in place) and put a peace of clear packing tape over that entire side of the UMD and cut around the UMD with an Xacto knife to remove the extra packing tape. You can hardly tell that it was broken now.

I keep popping my Wipeout Pure UMD back into place. It will hold just find while i am playing, but every time i take it out to swap out games, it comes lose again the next time i try to play it in my PSP. I have thought about the super glue thing before. Still pondering....
