I bought this in anticipation of my holiday which I wanted to take my PSP with because I was expecting long journeys and wanted to keep the battery going as well as taking all my games and keep them in a nice hard case.
Look
I suppose you can't really go wrong. It's black. However some of the stitching that the strange rubber/leather material is made from is a little tatty arround the edges. After a bit of use you may need to break out the needle and thread.
Features
The case has 4 UMD pockets, a pouch for the PSP , and four pockets for the retractable leads/headphones/charger/usb cable. The accessories that come with the case, (maybe that should be the other way arround) are brilliant. They are so simple, every cable should be like this. The are retractable. It's nothing new but it's certainly a great idea. Never again will you find cables knotted up around each other even if you place them tidy in your case. They are all spring loaded and retract back into their little casing with one tug. There is one to charge your PSP through USB, a USB to PSP cable, a set of headphones and a car socket charger that you can plug the USB into to charge the PSP while driving. I love them.
The pouch for the PSP however is not such a brilliant thing, It's loose and doesn't feel as though your PSP is being protected. Big rattle factor! I resorted to placing the PSP within the Sony pouch and then within the Logic3 case just for peace of mind.
Size:
Don't expect this to be pocketable, it is bigger than the majority of cases available. However, with this space comes extra capacity. It can easily carry 4 umd's, 1 in each of the little pockets. If you have more than 4 UMD's however it is just as easy to put 2 of them in each pocket and fit up to 8 UMD's. There are also the four pockets for the retractable accessories, but unless you take them out, which defeats the purpose of a travel case, you're not likely to fit anything else in there.
Price
Officially in the UK we're looking at arround £20, I found one in HMV for £18.99. I bought mine of eBay however for only £10. I would suggest a good look arround.
Conclusion
OK, the case sucks, it's cheap and looks it. The rigidness is provided by what I am sure is just cardboard and the PSP can move arround freely. However, it is fine for taking on holiday and keeping everything in one place, just don't expect it to last more than one trip. So I give the case 30/100.
