I went into an EB in London, Ontario for store opening on the 24th to pick up my PSP, and picked up Wipeout Pure along with it. I'm intensely happy with this purchase, the game is freakin sweet. The graphics blew me away, especially the lighting effects like weapon auras and lens flares look fantastic. The controls are as tight as ever for a Wipeout game, the last one i played was XL and i was instantly reminded of that fantastic title when i played the game.
The music is amazing, all the tracks sound perfect especially with the headphones. I have been playing this all the time and i'm still only on the third speed class, the replay value is intense. Added into this the fact that we will be supplied with new tracks and ships every month, this game is definitely a good one to look at if you want a solid launch title that will keep you playing.

I have Ridge Racer, and that game too is simply amazing. Very addictive for me. :P It gets pretty hard too, and once you unlock the Class 6 cars, oh man, the game is so damn fast. It's just so intense and super fun.
