Summary: Sleek, Sexy, and Strong!

Ever since I purchased the PSP, I have dreamed of using it in my car for music, movies, and simply to impress my friends! The Arkon VG242 windshield mount allows me to do just that!

This is a very slick and simple mount for your car. It uses a suction cup to easily and firmly mount to your windshield. It is not just the standard suction cup, but rather the kind that has the lever that locks it into place. The kit also includes a sticky pad that will allow you to place the mount on your dashboard.

The neck of the mount is felxible in 360 degrees, and is very strong. I was worried that the neck would eventually lose it's strength, and that the PSP would swivel around. I can't imagine this ever happening, as it's hard enough for me to bend the neck with my bare hands! The part of the neck that connects to the clasp is a ball joint that allows the PSP to be even furthur maneuvered.

The clasp for the PSP is surprisingly strong, and it features a button that pops the clasp out of place to instantly release the PSP so you can easily take it with you. The pads on either side of the clasp hold the PSP firmly; I had no worry of it falling out when I was testing the mount.

Overall this is a classy and sexy accessory for anyone who wants to wow passengers in their car. Or in my case, make your crappy car look really awkward!

I wish I could give this product a 100, since I find no flaw in it, The $30 price is perfect for what you get.

duh is so juvenile it's ridiculous.. if it's in view of driver, in most states it is illegal.

duh is so juvenile it's rediculous.. if it's in view of driver, in most states it is illegal.

I think u meant to spell ridiculous, but again its for your passengers... just like any other built in dvd player that might come equipped with a car... and since its for your passengers, the psp should not be in direct sight of the driver... DUH!

If this thing is meant, to be attached, to a WINDSHIELD. It is visible by the driver. End-Of-Arguement. (stating from various state laws regarding visual distractions in the form of entertainment to that of the operator/driver of a vehicle.)

No it is not visible by the driver with a 14" neck mounted near or at the top of the WINDSHIELD... THEREFORE IT WOULD NOT BE A DISTRACTION TO THE DRIVER... Now its End-Of-Argument. (NOTICE CORRECT SPELLING OF Argument)

Technology distractions (cellphones, PSPs, gameboys, dvd players, etc...) accounts for 6.1 million car accidents a year.

EFFIN' STUPID!
JUST WHAT WE NEED, ANOTHER DISTRACTION...not to mention how goddamn stupid this is to have in the windshield area if you crash.
I hope they get sued the first time someone eats one of these stupid things.
