This pathetic "screen gaurd" does it's job. It keeps your screen nice and scratch/smudge free. It isn't expensive, either. But, it murders your screen! It gives it these weird little lines which are very prominent on the menu and 2-D games (Lumines comes to mind). Luckily, the graphics of 3-D games aren't ruined as far as I can tell.
This of course seems petty, but you didn't pay $250(+) for the see-through shoulder buttons, did you? You were into the 16.77 million colors and the huge screen. So don't buy it. Put plastic wrap on, instead.
I wouldn't have gotten it at all, except the Hori I got didn't have clear directions and I ended up throwing the actual screen protecter away, rather than the plastic backing.
