I bought these in Japan when they first came out. I looked online for some reviews and concluded that these would be the best quality for the price. After waiting about 30 minutes for a clerk to find the headphones for me I got them and caught the train back to my house. On the train I listened to my iPod. I decided to use the medium sized rubber pads. I believe there are two colors available, white and black. These headphones come with 3 sizes of rubber pad to fit comfortably in most ears, and a small pouch to hold everything in. The sound is great and the pads block out most of the sound around you. I couldn't even hear the train running, only high quality audio.

One problem is the chord. These headphones are made to be used with a remote (ie, Minidisc). The chord comes in two sections. One section is about a foot long and has the ear-buds, the other section is a couple feet long and is only cord. I guess if you use your PSP remote these would be great. I keep the longer cord wrapped up with a twist tie giving me the right amount of cord. One plus to the short cable is there isn't much excess when I use an arm strap to hold the iPod.

Overall these headphones give excellent sound quality with good sound isolating properties. Well worth the cost and a lot better than any headphones I have used. I have some problems with the cord, but it isn't too annoying. I recommend these to everyone.

Nice rview, I sort of like the fact that it has a midway cord, you can just bypass the remote (I hate remotes) and get a white 1/8th " extender cable thats like 1-2 ft instead.

These work very well. Good base and high freq's. Ear loop is a little big, maybe not for Martin Lawrence though.

It's "bass" not "base". I would very much like to get my hands on these headphones, there only $32.24 on amazon.com too.

I have the earbuds with the same drivers and cushion but w/o the earloops. Great sound and blocks out some external noise, goes nice with a PSP.
