I got it mostly for the browser and then found out WOW this game is Good! And with all these new tracks and ship and skins, this is the game that keeps on giving.
Playability: Good make sure you use the L & R!
Load times: Good (they're not anywhere as long as the race so thats the good thing!).
Graphics: OMG! Best PSP graphics yet. Dare I say on par with PS2?
Sound: Great! and with new songs, even better! Lets hope we get more!

+ If you dont have 2.00 (JPN) you can use a web browser hack!
+ Free new tracks!
+ Never too easy
- All these track will take up space, I think they take up about 20+ mb.
